Won’t matter if the judge is reviewed and backed by another judge. If this extends longer the jury is still held as well. The right to a speedy trial is kind of looking rough cause this really could’ve been over with months ago with mistrial. Mistrial will end up being the final verdict. Eager to get the motion on the ex parte. Seems fishy a lot of coercion it seems like with Copeland. Maybe I'm the only one during the past few weeks who NEVER took/assumed/interpreted Woody stating (2:21) that he indeed killed Donovan Thomas Jr. As literal. I interpreted Woody’s alleged statement to mean he has immunity in exchange for his testimony. Since he's a hostile witness, he is willing to be jailed for two years (obviously, that's what he was intimidated by; otherwise, where did he get the “two years” from?) Therefore, now that a pack of wolves surrounded him without his attorney, Woody will say he did it. Which would not be pleading the fifth, acquitting the defendants, AND providing him immunity (essentially a checkmate move). This would justify, in my opinion, why the prosecutors allegedly stated if he went that route (just say, “I did it. I killed him,” that they would persecute him for perjury. Hence, Judge Glenville is supposed to hand Woody the definition of purgery, etc.) and the alleged topic of conversation that it's not two years, it's jail time until ALL people on the prosecutor's radar are tried (and, the tones of intimidation insinuated, tried & convicted) - and only then Lil Woody will YOU get out. That's what I interpreted.

I still think the meeting was more than that. I still think that damn meeting could’ve been in the court room if that was all it was. The judge and his puppets Hilton and Love are full of 💩. Judge is just trying to cover his ass PERIOD.
